Important Open Enrollment Reminder: This year is a passive Open Enrollment, meaning your current benefit elections will automatically carry over into 2027 unless you make changes. However, HSA and FSA elections must be re-elected for 2027 and will not automatically carry over.

​​New Hires

We’re excited to have you on the team!

As a new hire, you will need to complete two separate benefit enrollments in ADP. First, complete your new hire enrollment within 30 days of your hire date for coverage beginning the first of the month following your hire date. Then, complete your 2027 Open Enrollment to review and elect your benefits for the new plan year beginning January 1, 2027.

Be sure to review your options and make the selections that are right for you and your family. If you miss your 30-day new hire enrollment deadline, you generally will need to wait until the next annual Open Enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Qualifying Life Events
Certain life events may allow you to make changes to your benefits outside of the annual open enrollment period. If you experience a qualifying event, you must submit your elections in ADP within 30 days of the event.

We also encourage you to take a moment to review your beneficiary designations to make sure they reflect your current wishes.
