To give you added protection, PharmaLogic provides access to three supplemental plans through Cigna. These voluntary plans are paid by the employee and offer a lump-sum cash payout depending on the coverage you choose.
*Please keep in mind that employees in the HSA medical plan will no longer have employer-paid Accident or Critical Illness coverage

A serious health diagnosis can bring unexpected financial pressure, even when you have medical insurance. Cigna’s Critical Illness Insurance provides added financial support if you or a covered family member become seriously ill with a covered illness. Rates are based on age and amount that is listed on ADP.


Hospital Indemnity
Hospital Indemnity
A hospital stay can be stressful—emotionally, physically, and financially. Even with great medical coverage, you may still face deductibles, copays, or unexpected expenses. The Hospital Indemnity Insurance provides extra financial support when you or a covered family member is admitted to the hospital. This benefit pays a set amount per day if you are confined to a hospital. We have two options to choose from and rates are in ADP.
