At PharmaLogic, we’re proud to offer a comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) program that supports your wellbeing—whether you’re taking time to rest, enjoy personal days, or recover from illness. PTO is accrued each pay period and increases as your years of service grow. We’ve enhanced the program to give you more time earlier in your career and incorporated the floating holidays into your PTO bank for added flexibility.

PharmaLogic has 7 paid holidays per year
• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day
*Part-time employees will receive holiday pay based of their typical hours worked on the holiday.
UPADTED ACCRUALS BY YEARS OF SERVICE
• 0–1 Years: 18 days
• 1–3 Years: 20 days
• 3–7 Years: 25 days
• 7+ Years: 30 days
Paid Caregiver Leave
Paid Caregiver Leave is here to support you through some of life’s most meaningful moments. Whether you’re welcoming a new child or caring for a parent or family member, we understand that your focus may need to shift to the people who matter most.
This benefit provides up to four weeks of full pay so you can be there for your family when they need you. You can use the time all at once or intermittently—whatever works best for your situation. Paid Caregiver Leave runs concurrently with FMLA and any applicable state leave programs.
